The free version of the User Meta plugin does not have Login capability so I cannot test that. Logically you can test to see if BPS Login Security still works at all with this plugin or fiddle with the BPS Login Security settings to see what does and does not work with the User Meta plugin. Since both plugins are doing something with Logins then there is going to be a direct conflict most likely. At least that is pretty normal / standard / typical. For example you would not use 2 separate caching plugins since they would conflict with each other and would instead just use 1 caching plugin. User Meta looks like a neat plugin.
