ClassiPress Theme – Login Security not working

I’ve run through troubleshooting with no luck.
Wordpress version: 3.9
BulletProof Security WordPress Plugin: Version .50.5

There is no data being collected in login security and monitoring. I have it set to log all account logins. Under login status it reads ‘No Logins/Locked’

I’m using a theme from appthemes called classipress who also built the jobroller theme (known issues). Could this be the problem?
