Most likely the ClassiPress Theme is also designed like the JobRoller Theme where I think the intention is to handle everything within the Theme instead of allowing other plugins to be installed to handle things that the theme is already doing. Check with the AppThemes folks to see if other Login Security plugins can be used with ClassiPress or if the theme design is supposed to take over/handle this functionality.
