I’ve checked the settings and are as follows:

Server Type: Apache/2.2.22 (CentOS)
Operating System: Linux
WP Filesystem API Method: ftpext
Server API: apache2handler – Your Host Server is using DSO

So yeah it does seem to be a DSO server. I don’t have the slightest idea what that means, but I’ll go ahead and read up on the dso setup link you sugegsted.
