Yep sure no problem. So if I understand you correctly then the website installed of the root in your hosting account folder is the only site with a problem. The other site or sites are fine correct? Create a temporary Administrator login to the site installed in your root hosting account that has the problem. Send the login info to edward at ait-pro dot com. I believe this is a job for Super Ed.
