BPS Pro does not require any special steps if you are installing new plugins. This issue is probably not related to BPS Pro.
How did you install the plugin? Manual Upload via FTP, WordPress Plugin installer? etc.
What is the name of the plugin?
FTP to your website and rename or delete the plugin’s folder that you just installed.
