Nope. When you restore a file from Quarantine it is restored to the original place it was quarantined from and another copy of the file is copied to AutoRestore Backup files. Normally all you would have to do is restore a file from Quarantine and that would be the end of it, but since the filename: error_log is technically NOT a valid filename since it does not have a file extension then you need to do the additional steps above.
