Unable to download BPS Pro

Hi

I have meticulously followed the instructions in the notification email  to update BPS Pro to 8.2, but the auto-update does not work and the “Manual Upgrade Check” does nothing even after clearing caches and cookies + refreshing.

I am also unable to download from the website: I can login and the front end “BPS Pro download” takes me to the dashboard, but there is nothing in the dashboard to download!
