Issue/Problem: All plugins are showing as deactivated. All plugin files have been sent to Quarantine.
Solution:
1. Use the BPS Pro arqdelete.php stand-alone script to turn off AutoRestore/Quarantine (see AutoRestore/Quarantine arqdelete.php Stand Alone Script instructions below) and also FTP to your website and delete the /plugins/bulletproof-security plugin folder.
2. Reinstall the BPS Pro zip file. All of your BPS Pro setup settings will still be saved (you will not have to do the setup steps again) you are only adding/installing new BulletProof Security Pro plugin files to a new /bulletproof-security plugin folder.
3. After BPS Pro is reinstalled go to Quarantine and use the Restore Files option to restore all plugin files EXCEPT for BPS Pro plugin files and instead delete all BPS Pro plugin files in Quarantine.
Is this still applicable ? Just need to verify before I do anything.
Thanks
