Reply To: All Plugin Files quarantined

I installed the latest BPS Pro version and after installing, tried to  restore quarantined files. Any steps I need to do to enable it to restore those files ?

I only did 2 things before this happened. Installed and activated Uji Plugin

and right away updated BPS.

The dashboard went blank and displayed “You don’t have permission to acccess this page”. So I renamed entire plugins folder, I was able to access dashboard, so I renamed the plugins folder back to original.

Then I installed the latest BPS Pro and attempted restore.

Here’s the current Status of  BPS
AutoRestore/Quarantine Status: Off || Firewall Status: On || UAEG Status: On || Login Security Status: On || JTC Anti-Spam Status: On

and the 1st 4 files in File Lock are Locked.
