In order to change your email address in our system we need to see a copy of your BPS Pro PayPal purchase receipt to verify your identity. PayPal keeps purchase receipts in your PayPal account for several years. Send us an email with a screenshot or a copy of your BPS Pro purchase receipt and include the new email address you would like to use for your BPS Pro account for where automated Activation Key emails should be sent.
