Clever Course Theme – Sign Up link 403 error

Hope you’r well ? pls see the link below (link removed for privacy) why do i get a 403 when i click to register or do wp-admin and how can i fix.

When I click the Sign Up link for the Clever Course Theme I see this URI|URL:  http://example.com/?register=http://example.com/ which simulates an RFI hacking attempt against the website.
