Dashboard Status Display – Date Time Format

I love the toolbar. But is there a way to change the time format or make it follow the settings of the site?

I am in Denmark and we as most European countries don’t use AM/PM. We use the 24-hour (military) format. It is a bit confusing looking at AM/PM times and then have to “calculate”
