UserPro – verify purchase file quarantined

Hi BPS,
Third phase, I installed another plugin that required activation. I encounter message as below
ERROR 1 :

Restore Path: /home4/alexwong/public_html/gohorize.com/wp-admin/cache/verify-purchase-83d48c4d-d937-467b-9c30-206459647fe0.json

I restore it back, but it still came back even tho I off the ARQ. Please guide.
