You need to copy the file using FTP. The file is in the quarantine folder here: /home4/alexwong/public_html/gohorize.com/wp-content/bps-backup/quarantine/wp-admin/cache/verify-purchase-83d48c4d-d937-467b-9c30-206459647fe0.json. Copy the file using FTP to your computer. Then copy the file to this folder: /home4/alexwong/public_html/gohorize.com/wp-admin/cache/verify-purchase-83d48c4d-d937-467b-9c30-206459647fe0.json. The Pre-Installation and Setup Wizards must ALWAYS BOTH be run EVERY time – run the Pre-Installation Wizard first and then run the Setup Wizard. You would not just run one or the other because they both need to be run every time.
