Is your wp-config.php file in the default WP installation folder?  Does your wp-config.php contain the necessary placeholder text?  /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */.  If not, then add the placeholder text in your wp-config.php file 2 lines BEFORE this text:  /** Absolute path to the WordPress directory. */
