Maintenance Mode – Error: You did not enter anything in the Maintenance Mode Time Text Box

Hello,
Text under Maintenance Mode function mode cannot be saved or tested. What ever I put under text-box and click save, I just get:
Error: You did not enter anything in the Maintenance Mode Time Text Box.
Tried with “Preview” and tried with disabling all other plugins but without success – Maintenance mode cannot be saved or published.
