@ isnet – Did you receive any BPS Pro email alerts about files being quarantined? Maybe theme files were quarantined or maybe this is just a problem with your RT theme and you will either need to manually upload your theme files to your website or fix the coding mistakes in your theme files. Use FTP and download this file from your website: /wp-content/bps-backup/logs/autorestore_log.txt and send the log file to: info at ait-pro dot com. If theme files were quarantined and since you cannot login to your wp-admin area to turn off AutoRestore then you can use the BPS Pro XTF Form to turn off AutoRestore.
