Reply To: Maintenance Mode Timer emails

Actually you got us thinking about this some more and a new MMode option that we did not think of before came to mind.  In Microsoft Outlook you can set a Task Follow-up reminder notification by date and time, which allows you to get 1 reminder for a specific time that you choose.  Using that concept we can do a very similar thing.

New MMode option:  Specific Date/Time Reminder Email.  Help Info:  Choosing this option will send 1 email reminder for the Date & Time that you choose.  The standard Countdown Timer functionality of sending email reminders each time a new visitor visits your website after your Countdown Timer has completed/reached 0 will kick in once 2 conditions are met:  the Countdown Timer has completed/reached 0 & the Date/Time setting that was chosen is in the past.

Notes:  What we like most about this new option is this possible usage:  Example Scenario:  You set your Countdown Timer for 6 hours and your single specific Date/Time reminder email for 10 minutes before the Countdown Timer will reach 0/complete.  Logically this gives you a 10 minute heads up email notification that your Countdown Timer is about to reach 0/complete.

Make this conditional so that once the Date/Time is reached then after that time the normal Countdown Timer functionality will kick in and you will receive email notifications for each new visitor to your site if 2 conditions are met:  the Countdown Timer has completed/reached 0 & the Date/Time setting that was chosen is in the past.  This leaves the safety buffer in place of not forgetting that your site is in Maintenance Mode.
