I’m not following what you’re saying here at all. And I’m afraid that maybe you still don’t understand what’s going on here. It is clear that there is some conflict with BPS b/c it is the BPS 403 error page that generates when the chat button it clicked and the chat button works perfectly when BPS is disabled. I’m going to send a more detailed email.
