How to create 301 Redirect for Subdomain

I’ve got a number of 301 Redirects working OK  in my BPS Root htaccess file custom code in the Custom Code Bottom area, as recommended in other support posts.

But, I can’t figure out how to get a subdomain to redirect to the new URL which is in the top level domain.

Here’s what I’ve tried for the redirect:

 RedirectMatch 301 ^harmony.choralartsensemble.org(.*)$ http://choralartsensemble.org/harmony/index.html

Could you please tell me how to setup the redirect so the subdomain can go to the new URL as noted above.

I will greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
