For some reason, the newsletter program is not generating the original issue on either site, after I set the CRON to not use WordPress, but allow the server to execute the CRON.
I assume that means you have disabled the BPS Pro AutoRestore/Quarantine Cron, DB Monitor Cron, DB Backup Cron and Log file Zip and Email Cron on those websites then.
I have created the new option to exclude new DB Tables from being checked, but you have a much bigger issue going on obviously so I wasted my time with doing that. Fortunately I only spent a few hours creating that dumb option, which I will happily remove (wtf was I thinking??? – Brain Fart).
So since the problem is bigger than just a single plugin and is now occurring with another plugin then the problem is not isolated to just 1 plugin and you have a bigger issue going on. What that is I have absolutely no idea.
First – it is not possible to create a DB table if it has already been created/already exists. Since the DB tables are not being deleted and created again then some other malfunction is occurring.
At this point send me a login to this site and I need to know what other things you may have outside of the site that could be doing something like this. For example: If you have some kind of 3rd party service or something outside of your website that is restoring database tables on a schedule, like a cron job then this would create this type of malfunction.
