The php error message shows this: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted…”. 67108864 bytes = 64M. So that means your memory limit is 64M and not 1024M, which is too much...

Another possibility is that you have set the memory limit in your wp-config.php file to 64M, but usually the server will override that setting. Check your wp-config.php file for any memory limit...

All IPv4 IP addresses have already been allocated so no those IP addresses will never change. I am not sure about IPv6 IP addresses so you would have to Google that information.
