@ dtyler1 – API Server Call failed is a BPS error message. Most likely your installation of BPS Pro is fubar. Do these steps to reinstall BPS Pro on your site....

@ dtyler1 – Ok let me know if the problem is fixed after reinstalling BPS Pro using ONLY the method posted above. BPS Pro should NEVER be installed manually with FTP.

I uninstalled BPS Pro and added redirect to the .htaccess and then reinstalled BPS Pro. That was the only thing that worked.

hmm you should never have to uninstall BPS Pro for any reason to fix a problem. BPS Pro is designed to allow you to turn each feature on or off and to correct any issues/problems in each feature....
