The BPS Pro plugin Activation page should not be blank. Go the BPS Pro plugin Activation page to request a new Activation Key.

OK I re-did the previous steps (just in case) and refreshed the cpanel and my admin dashboard. Reinstalled as usual – again blank pages… and then realised i could go straight to the activation page...

Yep, you can just delete those files. They are some kind of helper files for Installatron and obviously with a filename like “deleteme” they can be deleted without causing any problems.
