What area in the BPSpro custom code section do you put the Custom Structure code when you change your permalinks as it says:

If your .htaccess file were http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions, we could do this automatically, but it isn’t so these are the mod_rewrite rules you should have in your .htaccess file.
